Lauren was born and raised in Southern Jersey. She lived there for over 20+ years where she had multiple careers such as dancing, dance teaching, teacher assistant, childcare assistant and nanny. She was a dancer for over, started at a young was trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern and Irish Step for most of her time in high school after achieving her degree in performance art, She danced and taught dance for awhile on top of getting certified as a massage therapist.
